Delivery Locations
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom and to international destinations worldwide. All orders are shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed the following business day.
Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of order confirmation. Fulfilment runs Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
UK Delivery Times & Costs
- Free tracked delivery on all UK orders — no minimum spend
- Delivery time: 7–14 days
International Delivery Times & Costs
- Delivery time: 14–30 business days, depending on destination
- Shipping cost: flat rate of £9.99, charged at checkout
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their local authorities on arrival — these are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout

All orders are fulfilled and shipped via our trusted fulfilment partner. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
