Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

How to Return

All returns are processed by mail. To start a return, email us at support@cordnest.co with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions and a free return label sent to you by email.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us straight away and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Restocking Fee

There are no restocking fees. Returns are completely free of charge.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned after 30 days will not be accepted.
