Shipping Policy
How Long Will My Order Take?
We want to be upfront about delivery times so there are no surprises.
Processing time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Delivery time: Orders are shipped from our supplier warehouse and typically arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch. During busy periods (November–January), please allow up to 18 business days.
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 8–17 business days in most cases.
Where Do You Ship?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and select international destinations. Shipping rates and availability are shown at checkout.
UK Shipping — Free on all orders over £25. Orders under £25 incur a flat shipping fee shown at checkout.
Will I Get a Tracking Number?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
What If My Order Is Delayed?
Occasional delays can occur due to customs processing, carrier backlogs, or public holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at support@cordnest.co and we'll investigate immediately.
Can I Change My Delivery Address After Ordering?
We can only change a delivery address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible at support@cordnest.co and we will do our best to update it.
Customs and Import Duties
For UK customers, no customs charges apply. For international orders, customs fees and import duties are determined by your local authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.
